Welcome! I am glad you're here. Wherever you are on your journey, you can change your direction to your true destination, no matter where you begin.
How I work with you: We will start where you are. As we work together, we might need to look backwards, retrace steps and heal wounds. We might focus on where your true Self is leading you, and why. Whatever your current situation, counseling and coaching can help you navigate the stages of change from where you are to where you want to be.
I use a combination of methods depending on what you need but it always starts with listening to you. I want to know your experience. Depending on you and your situation, I may combine Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in counseling. Alternatively, we might focus on life coaching techniques to help you identify goals and remove the barriers that keep you from moving toward them. I offer all new clients a complimentary 20-minute introductory session.
I hold in person sessions at my Boulder office. If you can't meet me in person, and if it is appropriate for your needs, I also offer HIPPA compliant video conference sessions. Either way, I look forward to meeting you!
