Sometimes it ain't what you do, it's the way that you do it; sometimes it's both. Wellness Coaching is about your Well Life, which includes far more than a diet and exercise plan.
Wellness Coaching helps you define your wellness goals and create a plan that fits into your life. A Well Life Vision is the place to begin: When you think of your life like a movie still, how do you see it? Are you enjoying walks with your grandchildren, hiking with your partner, or simply enjoying the way your suit looks today? We'll work together to help you develop and create your vision.
Heath Coaching focuses on specific health challenges (e.g. stopping smoking). As your Health Coach, I will coordinate with your professional health care team to help you reach the goals they have set for you. Whether you need to focus on diet and exercise changes for preventive or recovery purposes, having a Health & Wellness Coach can increase success rates. Your health is your foundation for a Well Life. Why wait to feel you are on solid ground?
If you are one of those people who has always known what they want, always known how to make it happen, never worried what other people will think if you make the changes you would love to make, you may not need a Life Coach!
